Ask Medusa Pony’s 2100 Follower Royal Portrait Contest!

“Greetings loyal subjects! It has come to my attention that our little kingdom has grown immensely in this past month! As more and more travelers descend upon the island, it has come to my attention that we require many fanciful attractions to give our burgeoning tourism industry a boost! That is why I am commissioning a brand new artist gallery right here in Echidna! Of course it wouldn’t be much of a gallery without art to put in to it, so I am calling out to any artist willing to add to our collection! Of course an art gallery wouldn’t do much good without a proper royal portrait of your truly adorning the walls, so the first order of business is to paint a proper visage of your princess to hang above the main hall! Of course all entries will find a place within our gallery, and I believe a reward is in order for art deemed particularly extraordinary… Hmm, perhaps a fanciful ceremony, oooh! With fancy titles! I love giving away fancy titles!”

((Wow, we actually got over 2000 followers on snake horse blog! I can’t thank you guys enough, so, we’re going to hold a contest! Rather than randomly pick followers to draw, or have some gigantic “reblog/like this and get a prize (maybe)!” post that annoys everyone, I decided it would be more fun to hold a fan arts contest! Here be the rules:

Your Mission: To draw a proper royal portrait of Meddy for her new fanart gallery!

Da Rules:

- ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE SENT HERE: askmedusapony-fanart.tumblr.com! ANY SUBMISSIONS SENT TO MEDDY’S MAIN BLOG WON’T BE COUNTED!

- The picture must have Meddy in it, either a full body or simple portrait pic is acceptable. Amani and Arachne can be added too as long as Meddy is in there somewhere.

- Absolutely NO NSFW images! Meddy is a fun happy blog and pr0nz / gore will simply get deleted!

- Try your best but have fun! I have something in mind for every participant so even if you don’t think your art is great, don’t worry! Every picture will be featured on Meddy’s main blog!

- The deadline for submissions is March 31st! If you’re a little late, I’ll still feature it on Meddy’s blog, but the end of March is when I will start choosing a winner!

The winner will get a fanciful ceremony thrown for an OC (or canon character) of their choice where they will receive a fanciful title of their choosing! All participants will be able to send an OC (or canon character) of their choosing to said ceremony to attend! The top 3 finalists will also get a portrait drawn of an OC (or canon character) of their choosing! Have fun and good luck!

((Hi guys! It’s finally time for another milestone thingy! I thought I’d have more fun with this one than your usual contest, so I need pictures! Pictures of Meddy! I have a special post planned at the end of March that all participants will be a part of, so if you want to be featured all you have to do is draw a picture for Meddy and submit it to her new fanart blog! The top 3 will also get special fancy pictures drawn for them. I’ll rebagel this a few times before the deadline, and thanks again all you rad follower dudes, I love you all!))
